Rest day or cross train today.
I rested, of course.
Seth’s parents had a truck full of things to unload as they had just returned from selling their home in Minnesota so I was planning to help after work as my exercise, but ended up sitting with Jackson while he worked on homework that he had not finished after school. Someone has to sit with Jackson to avoid constantly chasing him back to his chair.
I tried to talk Seth into switching places with me since he’s sick, but got nowhere. He should really have stayed home but didn’t want to leave me and his parents to unload everything by ourselves. Sweet? I think so.
No word on what his two sisters and brother-in-law were busy doing, but I’m sure it was important.
Now to the self obsession.
I’ve colored my hair a very dark brown color for the last several years but had become tired of the constant upkeep of covering my light roots, so I started highlighting my hair and ended up loving it.
Speaking of tired, check out the bags under my eyes! Someone needs her beauty sleep!
Anyhoo, sleep is exactly what I’m planning to do next – morning always comes too fast!
