We’ve been busy having fun this spring and early summer!
Jackson graduated from Kindergarten and I couldn’t be prouder! He loves to read, just like his mama!
(disclaimer: the date reset on my camera and I didn’t realize it for several months so please pay no attention to the dates on the pictures)
We camped at Eaton Reservoir and the boys tried their hand at catching some fish.
Auntie Erin had never camped in a tent before, so the boys were more than happy to show her the ropes – as well as play a little UNO.
When Dale and Collette visited around the Fourth of July, they brought the boys bungee jumping in Boulder.
It pretty much rocked their world.
My parents and my brother Andy came out for Easter this spring and brought their bikes so we all went on a bike ride along the Poudre River.
It was a little cool, but the sun was shining and it was a lot of fun to spend time outside with family.
The boys did surprisingly well with keeping up – they rode about 16 miles total – but they were definitely tired afterward!
And here’s one last picture to leave you with.
I made Spam Musubi in February to surprise my neighbor, Nancy, who is from Hawaii where Spam Musubi is a common snack. I like Spam anyway, but this was amazingly delicious. We ate until we couldn’t possibly hold another bite!
Stay tuned for more amazingness to come!
