It was 10 degrees on Tuesday but no wind, so Ruger and I braved the cold for 6 miles before work. I did double up by wearing running tights under my fleece lined pants. It was perfect.
The sun was coming up by the time I got home so I had a great view of the mountains while I stretched.

Wednesday: 3.05
Thursday: 50 minutes of Tae Bo
Friday: 6.53 on the treadmill
Saturday: 11.32 on the treadmill and walked the dog .6
Total miles for February: 123.64 (31 of those on a bike)
