We went to the big city last weekend and brought the boys to the MOA to meet SpongeBob. Both boys are pretty much obsessed with SpongeBob, so they were really excited to meet him and Patrick in person. Jackson is 36″ so he was able to go on a lot of the rides, including the log ride. He had a big grin on his face the entire time and wasn’t scared a bit!

We ate at the Rainforest Cafe (um…their food leaves a lot to be desired) and the boys showed us how brave they were by trying to stick their hands in the alligator’s mouth. On our way there we saw Molly, Ryan, Elise, and Alfredo.

And, uh, Jackson sang “Rehab” for Ryan.

It was so much fun to get out and do something with the boys. Taking them places is a lot easier now that they’re a little older. I want to make the most of the time that I have with them! I recently found out that I will be graduating 3 months earlier than I was originally going to which means that I will have to get a job earlier than we had planned.

I’m looking forward to having a job again, but I think I’m going to have a really hard time leaving the boys with someone else while I’m at work. It’s still about a year away, but it will probably be here long before I’m ready!

  1. You were where and didn’t contact your sister who lives where? Have I expressed my displeasure at this yet? See if we call you next time we are up there! I know you were busy and didn’t have a lot of time, maybe next time.
